You may have questions as to why I haven't posted to this web log for so long. Well, my ISP (one of the worst in the planet) has left me without Internet connection for some some weeks. I have had Internet access briefly for some minutes, or for a few hours at most in that period of time, but it wasn't enough to make it possible to me to do any serious work on the net. So thats why I haven't had time to release the newsletter in this past week, and haven't been able to do the necessary work to have it released for this next week, so I apologize. I'll try hard to make the newsletter available for the week of March 24, if not possible, March 31 will be the day. But lets hope I can have it ready for the first and not the latter.
